Welcome to Paramount College
Who studies Natural Medicine?
Anyone! Whether you are finishing school or mature age, single or married, men and women from all walks of life decide to take the road to natural health. It is with this in mind that Paramount has designed its programmes to fit in with people with school children, spouses, the employed . . . everyone!
What are the contact hours?
Study hours are planned to minimise the impact of study on the rest of your life; full time study comprises only two contact days, Tuesday and Thursday for February enrolments or one day if you enrol mid year. We have a range of options for student clinic attendance hours (you normally start clinic in second year). Part time study is also available.
What is my passion?
If you are unsure about which road to take, then our Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy is a great place to start. It covers Nutrition, Massage, Homoeopathy and Herbal Medicine, giving you a broad range of knowledge, and the flexibility to specialise later; Paramount courses are designed with this in mind.
How many students in a class?
Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 24 people so students have a greater degree of personalised care and attention. The friendly staff and trainers are always willing to help.
Do I have to do exams?
No, assessments are competency based, and include short answer tests and written assignments.
What about further qualifications?
As an Advanced Diploma graduate, you will be eligible to apply for admission to your choice of two universities providing Bachelor of Health Science streams; it may then be possible to continue with a Master of Health Science.
